Terms and conditions
Our Promise to You: We promise to deliver our handmade exhausts and parts to you in a safe and secure manner. We will deal promptly with any issues that may arise concerning your order.
Due to the nature of our products, there will always be some small variation in colour, weight, design or packaging between items. However, we endeavour to maintain as much consistency as reasonably possible. If you do have any queries regarding your order, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you.
Please read carefully - by placing an order with us, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following conditions:
Price: All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) which is applicable to all orders. Delivery is made at an additional cost - please see our Postage & Packaging Charges page regarding these costs (which are determined by the final weight of your order) to the United Kingdom, EU countries and the Rest of the World. We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice - however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery.
Any work that is carried out that is not included in your quote, such as parts removal, fabrication and/or modification will be charged at £45p/h.
Failure to collect your car at an agreed time and date will mean an additional charge for storage. Storage is charged at £30 oer week or part thereof.
Please note that discounts are not available on any of our products or services unless a bulk order is made.
Payment: Payment is only accepted in cash and via PayPal/Bank Transfer (BACS). Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us. Payment of your order made via PayPal is completely secure - we don't retain any payment information or card details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your Credit Card Company or bank in relation to the processing of any order made with us. Please note that if, for any reason, your card payment is not authorized by your bank/credit card company, we will not be able to proceed with your order and it will be cancelled.
Delivery of your Order: We aim to turn around any orders within 7 days of receipt of that order (business days) but, if this isn't possible, we'll email you. However, this does not include Bank Holidays or weekends. If you have requested a custom order, made to your specifications, we will inform of you the expected delivery date.
Orders should be received by you no later than 7 days after postage (within United Kingdom). For all other countries, this delivery time may be longer (up to 15 working days after notice of postal of your delivery). Please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we will try to find out the approximate delivery time for your country. It should be noted that we cannot accept any responsibility for delay caused by strike (postal etc) or any Acts of God. During busy periods, ie Christmas, please allow for an additional time for posting.
There is a minimum of 4-6 weeks lead time on custom exhausts and products unless otherwise stated that the item is in stock.
Please ensure you give us a complete postal address - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered due to the submission of an incomplete address. Please ensure that there is someone at this address that can accept delivery - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered as there was nobody home. The customer will be responsible for meeting any further postal costs in this case.
We can post to either domestic or business addresses; if you require your delivery to be signed for, please note that this will involve an additional cost and will require someone being available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
We cannot be held responsible for orders, for which we hold a proof of posting (a receipt from our Post Office) that, subsequently, goes missing in the mail. If an order is sent to your given address, not delivered but held in the Post/Sorting Office and not picked up, by the customer, from there, the Post Office will return said order to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs involved in sending this order on to you again - you must meet that additional postage cost yourself (you will receive a PayPal invoice for the postal charge). As the order had not been cancelled by you within the regulation 7 days, our legal requirements are considered fully met and a refund of the full purchase price is not allowable in this case.
Our current delivery costs do not include insurance. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like an estimate for sending your goods insured.
Cancellation of your Order: Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a 14 day cooling off period during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to invoke this right.
Refunds & Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our exhausts and products we cannot offer refunds. There are no returns where exhausts are used with/on modified vehicles including but not limited to bodywork modifications and/or after-market additions, engine swaps or modifications and suspension/wheel modifications.
Your Privacy: We do not sell or pass on any of our customer's information, ie name, address, email address etc to any other parties. We loathe spam ourselves and so will not send you endless emails about special offers or other information. However, we do reverse the right to contact you regarding your order and, on occasion, may email you about our products. If you do not wish to receive any promotional material (however rare) from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
Samples: We do NOT supply goods on approval nor do we supply free samples of our exhausts and/or parts.

Statutory Rights: These Terms & Conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights.
